Bernard Shaw was an Irish playwright and critic, whose influence on Western theatre, culture and politics has continued well after his death. He wrote more than sixty plays, including notable works such as 'Man and Superman' and 'Saint Joan', both of which are included here.


Condition

In the publisher's original limp calf. Original glassines to three volumes, with the original box. Externally lovely to most with only the slightest marks, and small closed tears to the head of the spine to 'Heartbreak House' only. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages. The odd owner's signature to the fronts. The wraps have chipping, slight loss and closed tears. The box has minor fraying at the extremities and slight marks.
