This was the first of two promotional books published by the Estate Company.
Held in the rear pocket are ten pamphlets (2pp each) illustrated with two interior plans each (taking up one full page). These detail a series of types of accommodation and the fittings and costs.
Condition
In the original paper covered boards. Externally, very smart, with minor fading to the spine and minor shelf wear. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Rear 'pocket' sides have come away from the rear board.
