First edition published in one volume. An abridgment of "Travels in Arabia Deserta." Illustrated with frontispiece and folding map to the rear. Collated complete. A travel book recording the authors time living with the Bedouins during the 1870s. Written by Charles Montagu Doughty, an English poet, writer, explorer, adventurer and traveller.

Condition

In the original green cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with a mark to pages 112 and 113.
