Written by Seton Gordon, a world-famous naturalist, photographer and folklorist noted for his descriptions of Scottish wildlife and sceneries. He is believed to have been the first to photograph both the snow bunting and the whooper swan at nests in Scotland.
Condition
In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with faint damp spots to the bords and light bumping to the spine head and tail. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright, with offsetting to the endpapers and scattered spots throughout.
