    First edition. A little-known play following the life of Joan of Arc, a patron saint of France, honored as a defender of the French nation for her role in the siege of Orleans. Written by Frank Harris, an Irish-American editor, novelist, short story writer, journalist and publisher, who was friendly with many well-known figures of his day. Dated from the British Library.

    Condition

    In the original paper wraps. Externally, smart with minor wear and the odd small crease to the extremities. Light sunning to the spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. Much of the text block remains unopened.
