    A lesser known play by the renowned author D. H. Lawrence, following the early life of David, a king of ancient Israel and Judah, who was in the Old Testament. 

    Lawrence was a modernist author best known for his controversial 1928 novel 'Lady Chatterley's Lover'.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with scattered spots.
