    Description

    Describing the author's time travelling by coach around France. This work was first published in 1862, and describes the country as it was at that time.

    Written by Charles Alston Collins (1828-1873), a British writer and illustrator, the younger brother of Wilkie Collins.

    With illustrations by Andrew Johnson.

    A smart later edition of this work.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original full cloth binding. Externally generally smart, with a few spots to the spine and a little general wear. Front endpaper has been removed. Internally firmly bound; front hinge is a touch exposed. Pages are generally bright and clean with just the odd spot.
