This work on hunting was written by Richard Greville Verney, the Lord Willoughby De Broke, and discusses fox hounds and their training, huntsman, and horse breeding.

Condition
In the publisher's original cloth. Externally generally smart with fading to the spine, damp stains to the front board, minor marks to the boards, a slight lean, slight rubbing and bumping to the extremities, and a very small closed tear to the tail of the spine. Offsetting and spotting to the endpapers with an ink inscription dated 1942 to the front free endpaper. Front hinge starting after half title, and to the rear after the endpapers. Internally binding starting to the half title, otherwise generally firm, with minimal age toning and scattered spotting to the front and rear with the odd spot throughout.
