Illustrated with a frontispiece and seven further tipped in colour plates from Lionel Edwards. Collated, complete.
The author, Rowland Egerton-Warburton was a landowner from the Egerton family in Cheshire. He was a keen member and later president of the Tarporley Hunt Club.
He wrote many poems regarding his passion for the hunt and countryside.
Condition
In a full morocco signed binding. Externally, excellent. Three faint marks towards the tail of the front board. Front hinge strained, but generally firmly held. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
