Third impression. Complete in two volumes.
Written by Reginald Farrer, the highly regarded plant collector and author. Building his first rock garden aged 14, Farrer wrote an incredibly successful volume titled 'My Rock Garden' which saw numerous reprints. Profusely illustrated and complete in both volumes, this definitive work offers a thorough exploration of the plants and designs that define the English rock garden.
