'New Arabian Nights' (first published in 1882) is a collection of short stories from Scottish writer Robert Louis Stevenson, containing his first published fiction. A few of the stories are considered by some critics to be his best work, as well as pioneering works in the English-language short story tradition.
Including 'The Suicide Club', 'The Rajah's Diamond', 'The Pavilion on the Links', 'A Lodging for the Night', 'The Sire De Maletroits Door' and 'Providence and the Guitar'.

In signed half calf prize binding by Best and Co. Externally, smart, with fading to the spine and rubbing to the extremities. With a contemporary prize bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with minor offsetting to the endpapers and the occasional spot throughout.
