Bound in the publisher's original purple paper hardback. Compiled by A. J. A. Symons and published by The First Edition Club, this early and authoritative bibliography provides detailed bibliographic descriptions, publication data, and notes on Yeats’s first editions up to the early 1920s.
This copy is a limited edition, being number two hundred and ninety seven of five hundred copies.
A. J. A. Symons (1900–1941) was a British bibliographer and writer, best known for The Quest for Corvo.
Condition
In the publisher's original paper covered boards. Externally, lovely, with one or two of the slightest handling marks and the slightest trace of shelf wear to extremities. Previous bookseller's discreet label to front paste down. Slight rubbing to spine label resulting in very slight lifting. Slight offsetting to endpapers. The front wrap of the original dust wrapper has been cut out, and loosely inserted. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
