    This volume features a collection of early Chinese poetry, translated by Arthur Waley. The work features an introductory essay on early Chinese poetry, and an appendix on the development of different metrical forms.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth. Externally very smart with bumping to the extremities, fading to the spine and the slightest marks to the boards. Offsetting to the endpapers. Internally firmly bound with bright pages with spotting, heaviest to the front and rear.
