From the library of the noted artist Frank Brangwyn, with his signature to the recto of the front endpaper. He was talented in many different mediums, working in stained glass, painting, mosaics, interios, lithography, and more, producing approximately 12,000 works over his lifetime.

Including 'Sleepyhead', 'Bunches of Grapes', 'I Saw Three Witches', 'The Night-Swans', 'The Fairies Dancing', 'Down-Adown-Derry', 'Haunted', and more. 

Illustrated with a colour frontispiece, and seven colour plates, by Estella Canziani. 

Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Light marks to the cloth. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Spine is a little faded. Newspaper clippings regarding Brangwyn pasted to the front paste down and to the recto of the front endpaper. Bookplate to the verso of the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very lightly age-toned and clean.
