Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. The odd mark to the boards with small splits in the cloth to the head and tail of the spine. Hinges starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot or handling mark. Further spotting to the first and last few pages with minor age toning to the endpapers. A contemporary ink inscription to the reverse of the frontispiece with the bookseller's label to the rear pastedown.
