Berlin is described here as the "metropolis of the German Republic", with eighteen routes and excursions covering the National Gallery, Old Berlin, Charlottenburg, Northern and Eastern Quarters, Potsdam and other longer excursions from Berlin.

These guides were conveniently designed to be carried around in a pocket and available for reference on maps and information regarding routes, travel facilities, noteworthy sights, attractions and museums, written by specialists.
Condition
In the original cloth binding. Externally, excellent, with minor shelf wear only. Internally, binding to pages 69-76 has partly loosened. Pages are bright and generally clean, with the odd spot to the gutters.
