In the publisher's red cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with notable rubbing to the extremities, heaviest to the spine. Contemporary ink inscriptions to the front and rear pastedowns. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with slight age toning to the endpapers and a small ink impressed date to the front free endpaper.
