A charming work on Florida, written by Kenneth L. Roberts in part to promote the Florida land boom of the 1920s.
Roberts lauds the charm of Florida in this work. However, following the bust of the boom, in which many people lost money, Roberts usually omitted this and his other works promoting Florida from his list of titles in his future publications.
Illustrated with a frontispiece, and fourteen plates.
Collated, complete.
Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the boards. Very light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
