In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. 

Thomas Hardy's collection of musical poetry, featuring themes of reminiscence. Thomas Hardy was a popular Victorian novelist and poet, known for works such as 'Far From the Madding Crowd'. In this collection, Hardy attempts to put to rest claims that his work was pessimistic, trying to provide a slightly more cheerful collection.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely with very minimal edge wear. Minor offsetting to the endpapers. The wrap is very smart with sunning to the spine, and small chips to the head of the spine and small closed tears to the head and tail. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
