Description

First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, Scarce, With Dustwrapper

First edition.

With the vanishingly scarce, unclipped dust wrapper.

Dated using Jisc, from copies of the work held at the British Library.

A thrilling novel sitting within the Lost Race genre, set in prehistoric times as a "tale of the stone age". This exciting adventure paints a vivid image of a period of history that is long-gone, set at the point when the earlier Neolithic people were coming into contact with later Stone Age people in Britain, armed with the bow and more advanced in civilisation.

Written by "Blue Wolf"; Bleier speculates the author of this work is Robert Scott, however others attribute it to Joyce Reason, a British author of historical fiction for young readers.

Illustrated with striking vignettes throughout.
