Folding Plates, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce
A very scarce programme for the 1921 silent film 'Dangerous Paths', a "vivid human story of two girls driven from home", written by Joseph W. Girard, and directed by Duke Worne, starring Neva Gerber and Edith Stayart.
This film followed young Ruth as her stepmother attempts to force her into marriage with a cruel older man. Rather than deal with this, Ruth runs away to the city, where she makes friend with a another young girl trying to find her way, named Violet.
Illustrated with one folding plate.
Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, smart, with light edge wear. Light handling marks to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. A small amount of wear to the tail of the folding plate.
