Verses such as 'Bed in Summer', 'Foreign Lands', 'Pirate Story' and 'Singing' make up this charming collection, all of which are written from the point of view of a child.  

With four leaves of publisher's advertisements to the rear, uncut.

Condition

In the original decorative cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities, most notable to the spine head and tail. A few small marks to the boards, including a couple damp spots to the rear. Internally, firmly bound. With scattered spots throughout, heaviest to the first and last couple leaves. Offsetting to the endpapers.
