This volume is a comprehensive guide to Bordeaux's vineyards in the 20th century. The book meticulously covers the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, categorizing the Médoc's first through to the fifth growths, to estates in Graves, Saint-Émilion, Pomerol, and Sauternes, accompanied by numerous black and white facsimile photographs of châteaux and illustrations of wine labels throughout.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, smart. The odd mark to boards. Slight discolouration to spine small closed tear at head of spine. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities, occasionally resulting in minor loss to cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with just one or two marks to the odd page.
