    George Holt Thomas' interesting study on the history and contemporary state of aerial transport, with insight into the future of flight.

    'Aerial Transport' provides an insight into the aviation industry in the interwar era, a booming era for the industry which saw great strides in development.

    Illustrated with a frontispiece, four folding maps, and sixty-four plates.

    Collated, complete.

    Thomas was a pioneer in the aviation industry, writing this work after founding the Aircraft Manufacturing Company Limited. 

    With an introduction by Viscount Northcliffe. 

    Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Minor rubbing to the spine. A few light marks to the boards. Spine is a little faded. Spots to the fore edge. Prize inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with scattered spots, heavier to the first and last few pages.
