Description

Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce

Three very scarce reports produced by the Ministry of Transport.

'Licensing of Partially Disabled Men as Drivers of Public Motor Vehicles. Minutes of Evidence Taken Before the Committee Appointed to Review the Decisions Arrived at by the Previous Committee Which Reported in July 1916'. An interesting report on how partially disabled men can drive public transport, for example, looking at men with artificial limbs and how that can affect driving.

'Departmental Committee on Taxation and Regulation of Road Vehicles in Great Britain and Ireland. Interim Report'. This report examines the question of vehicle taxation, and how different vehicles should be taxed.

'Report of the Advisory Committee of London Traffic'. This report tries to find a solution to the issue of traffic in the city center during an early boom in public car ownership.
