    A very scarce first edition. In the original, full, cloth binding. A comprehensive collection of the advertisements and contact details of numerous building and estate management businesses. Including multiple professions such as plasterers, joiners, electricians and painters. Edited by John Edward Sears.

    Condition

    In the original full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some light shelf wear to the edges and some bumping to the spine. A few light marks to the boards and some fading to the spine. Some scattered spotting to the free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages very bright and clean with just the odd spot.
