Written by Norman Douglas.

From the library of Virginia Warren, the daughter of Earl Warren, an American politician and Governor of California. Warren married John Charles Daly, a radio and television personality and game show host.

Also from the library of the British author Thomas Burke, known for 'Limehouse Nights', and many of his works are concerned with the everyday life of London, and considered himself to be a true Londoner by birth and in spirit.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the cloth. A little light rubbing to the spine. Two bookplates to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
