    Description

    Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding

    In the original quarter calf binding with illustrated boards. This work is a programme of a performance at the Drury Lane Theatre on May 2 1916, the Tercentenary of his death, This programme is illustrated throughout. William Shakespeare, often referred to as the Bard of Avon, is the world's pre-eminent dramatist.

    Condition

    In a quarter cloth binding with illustrated boards. Externally, generally sound with bumping to the extremities and to the head and tail of spine. Light rubbing to the extremities. Small loss to the rear board due to rubbing. Offsetting to the endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright with just the odd spot.
