With fourteen plates of maps in colour, one of which is folding, and numerous in-text images. Collated complete. Edited by Thomas Kelly Cheyne, an English divine and biblical critic, and Rev John Sutherland Black, a Scottish biblical scholar, noted literary editor and amateur astronomer.

Condition

In the original half crushed morocco with cloth boards. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and minor fading to the spine. The odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light spotting and age toning to the endpapers.
