Condition
In the publisher's original cloth backed, paper covered boards. Stamps to front board. Ink library number to back strip tail. Hinges strained, but firmly held. Text block split between pages 222 and 223, and between pages 72 and 73, with one gathering preceding this working loose. Otherwise, internally firmly bound. Stamps to title page head. Pages clean and bright. One folding map detached and loosely inserted, with significant closed tears to folds.
