With an introduction on Hebrew palaeography and the ancient versions. Written by Samuel Rolles Driver, an English divine and Hebrew scholar who was the father of Sir Godfrey Rolles Driver, also a distinguished biblical scholar.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities. Fading to the spine and board edges. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with minor age toning to the extremities. A contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper.
