Originally published in the Guy's Hospital Gazette, these works explore the idea of the borough as a hospital district with special attention to the eighteenth century and the foundation of Guy's Hospital. Condition
In the original green cloth binding. Externally, sound with light rubbing to the extremities and fading to the spine. The odd small mark to the boards with splits to the cloth at the head and tail of the spine as well as the joints. Hinges just starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Age toning to the endpapers.
