Some of the churches discussed in this volume include Saint Paul's, Wells, Exeter, Canterbury and Rochester. Written by Thomas Dinham Atkinson, an English architect who gained prominence as an antiquarian specialising in ecclesiastical architecture. Illustrated by Walter Dexter, an English artist, painting in oil and watercolour. With adverts to the rear.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Internally firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot or handling mark. Light spotting to the first and last few pages. Age toning to the endpapers.
