Complete in two volumes. First edition. A detailed study of bird migration with notes on ancient and modern views, on the British Isles, on the geographical aspects of British bird migration. With maps and weather charts. Volume one is illustrated with frontispiece and eight plates. Volume two is illustrated with frontispiece and fifteen plates. Collated complete. Written by William Eagle Clarke, a British ornithologist.

Condition

In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine and board edges with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light age toning and further spotting to the endpapers.
