With additional tips on gathering, drying and storing. Written by Frances Anne Bardswell, an English author and horticulturist who flourished as a proponent of urban gardening in the early twentieth century. Illustrated by the right honorable Florence Margaret Tyssen-Amherst, and Isabelle Forrest.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark to the cloth. Front hinge just starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Minor age toning to the endpapers.
