A four volume set of the Little Books About Old Furniture that aims to offer information and suggestion tot hose who find furniture interesting. Written by J. P. Blake and A. E. Reveirs-Hopkins. 

The first volume covers the Tudor to Stuart Periods and is a copy of the new edition published in 1912. With sixteen pages of plates to the rear of the volume and forty eight plates throughout the volume. With a colour frontispiece.

The second volume covers The Period of Queen Anne, and is a first edition published in 1911. With sixty four plate illustrations and a colour frontispiece. 

The Third volume covers Chippendale and His School and is a first edition copy of 1912. With fifty four plates to the rear. With a colour frontispiece. 

The fourth volume covers The Sheraton Period, Post Chippindale Designers, 1760-1820 and is a first edition, published in 1912. with sixty four plates and a colour frontispiece. 
Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original cloth binding. Externally smart with the spines a little faded and a few marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
