Number 150 of 350 copies of this edition. Signed by the illustrator, Frank Reynolds. Featuring 25 tipped-in colour plates with lettered tissue guards. Reynolds' beautiful illustrations bring the work to life. This selection from Dickens' first novel is presented in a lovely manner.
Condition
In original vellum binding with gilt stamping to the spine and front board. Externally, vellum has become discoloured mostly to the head and tail of boards and to the spine. Marks and spots to the boards. Small ink spill to the front board under the 'R' of 'MR'. Lacking ribbon ties to the front and rear boards. Bumping to the head and tail of spine. Offsetting to the endpapers. Pages are generally bright with occasional scattered spots to pages.
