A Longshore Lass follows the friendship between Harry, Lucy and Lilac - all of whom reside in a small fishing village by the coast.

Tensions rise between the group when romantic feelings insert themselves.

James Blythe's other work 'The Basking Pear' also features a love triangle running throughout.

As well as being a prolific author of popular fiction, Blythe is best known for the science fiction and his Future War novels.

Condition

In the original cloth binding. Externally, smart with sunning to the spine. Slight rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Handling marks to the boards. Bookplate of one R. W. Lamb to front pastedown. Internally, binding tender but firm. Pages are generally bright and clean. Offsetting and scattered spotting to the endpapers. Contemporary ink inscription to front free endpaper.
