Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. The odd small mark to the cloth with minor fading to the spines. Small splits in the cloth to the head and tail of the spine of Choice Dishes at Small Cost, with further splits to the joints resulting in minor fraying. Front hinge starting but firm to The One Maid Cookery Book. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting, predominantly to the first and last few pages. Minor age toning to the endpapers. A contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper of Cake and Biscuit Book.
