First edition. Volume II of II only. Illustrated with a frontispiece, three plates, and three maps. Collated complete. A complete history of the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry, a Yeomanry regiment of the Kingdom of Great Britain and the United Kingdom established in 1794. Being the Prince of Wales' own Royal Regiment, with a cap badge of the Prince of Wales's feathers on a red baize backing. This record provides an account of their military activities between 1893 and 1908, from cavalry maneuvers in 1890, the Centenary of the regiment, and training at Cheltenham in 1895, to the war in South Africa, the re-organisation of the cavalry, and the unveiling of the monument at Salisbury in 1904, amongst other key events. Written by Henry Graham.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. A small tear to the front free endpaper.
