With commentaries on the fullness of spring, summer days, fruiting time, signs of autumn, and winter. Written by Kate M. Hall, a British librarian and founder of the School Nature Study Union. With an introduction from Beatrice Harraden, a British writer and suffragette. Illustrated from photographs by Henry Irving, an English photographer and artist.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light age toning to the endpapers with the residue of a bookplate to the front pastedown.
