First edition. Scarce work. A detailed and comprehensive study of The Waterloo campaign, also known as the Belgian campaign, fought between the French Army of the North and two Seventh Coalition armies, an Anglo-allied army and a Prussian army. With a table of dates, as well as chapters on the opening of the campaign, organization in the armies, the Battle of Waterloo, the march to Paris, and further commentary. Written by J. H. Anderson, a British barrister and military historian.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, sound with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and board edges with the odd small mark to the cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot and age toning to the endpapers. Pencil annotations throughout.
