A vanishingly scarce copy of this journal, being No. 881 (Seventeenth Year), November 14, 1906.
Published weekly, this high class women's penny paper offers news, discussions and advice relevant to female readers of the time.
This includes a section on the considered negative antics of certain suffragettes on the suffrage movement, a 'Gardening of the Week' column, some novelties for afternoon tea, household advice and a new addition to a serial story, 'The Adventures of Yvonne'.
With illustrations and advertisements throughout.
Condition
In the publisher's original stapled wraps. Externally, with a couple spots to the wraps and a small split to the spine tail. With slight age toning affecting the edges. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are age toned, however clean.
