Includes detailed of their time spent in Bombay, Indore, Jaipur, Lahore, at the Himalayas, in Delhi, Calcutta, Mandalay, Madras, and more, with reflections. Written by George Frederick Abbott, an English war correspondent, author, and the husband of Scottish suffragist Wilhelmina Hay Abbott.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, sound with rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting. Previous owner's bookplate and library bookplate to the front pastedown.
