What Our Customers Say...
Description
Decorative Binding, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding
The December 1906 fifth edition of the important Hugh Thomson Peacock 'Pride and Prejudice'. Thompson's first Peacock edition was printed in October 1894.

Irish illustrator Thomson was best known for his pen-and-ink illustrations of works by authors including Austen, Charles Dickens and J. M. Barrie, inaugurating the 'Cranford School' of illustration with the publication of his 1891 Macmillan edition of Elizabeth Gaskell's 'Cranford'.
