With the misprint of two pages being numbered XXXVI, the second I for page XXXVII is missing, as cited from "A Bibliography of the Works of Sir Henry Rider Haggard 1859-1925" by J. E. Scott.
Condition
In the publisher's original clot binding. Boards bright, with two small light tide marks to front board, and further tide marks to back strip, which is age toned. Fraying of cloth to back strip head. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright, with instances of spotting towards the rear of the work, and to pages facing plates.
