Ole Olufsen was a Danish military officer and explorer. 

In this work, Olufsen gives an account of the Second Danish Pamir Expedition of 1898-1899, and provides what is frequently regarded as one of the most thorough records of the region in the early twentieth century.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with fading to back strip. Light marks to head of front board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
