Pepys' diaries, kept from 1660 to 1669, are now considered one of the most important primary sources of the English Restoration.

Condition

In half morocco signed bindings, with cloth covered boards. Externally, exceptionally lovely. Light spotting to text block fore edge. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and generally clean, with instances of spotting and the odd area of foxing throughout each volume.
