A detailed historical study of Greenwich Park, one of London's eight Royal Parks; a mix of seventeenth-century landscape, stunning gardens and a history dating back to Roman times. With chapters on the early history of the area, the origin of the park and its layout, and historic houses, amongst other subjects. Written by A. D. Webster, an English historian and the former Superintendent of Greenwich Park.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor fading to the extremities. The odd small mark to the cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light age toning to the endpapers.
