Primarily concerned with rural communities and their environment, although much of its success was built on its coverage of country houses, architecture, and gardening. Including reviews of books, wine, art and architecture, antiques and crafts.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with just minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities, and a small amount of shelf wear to the boards. Internally, hinges strained, remaining binding generally firm. Pages are bright and clean.
